1. Our Warranty Commitment
InflataForge provides a 12-month limited manufacturing warranty on qualifying commercial inflatable bodies supplied by us.
The warranty begins on the date the original customer receives the goods.
It is intended to protect customers against genuine manufacturing defects arising during normal, properly maintained commercial use.
This is a voluntary contractual warranty, additional to applicable legal rights.
2. What Is Covered?
The warranty covers defects attributable to faulty materials or manufacturing workmanship, including:
- Premature failure of factory stitching or seams.
- Manufacturing faults in the inflatable's structural fabric.
- Defective factory-installed attachment or anchorage components.
- Manufacturing defects affecting normal inflation or the inflatable's structural integrity.
- Incorrect factory assembly resulting in a product that does not meet its agreed specification.
All claims are assessed on the evidence and circumstances of the individual case.
Normal commercial hire use is covered. The warranty is not restricted to occasional domestic use.
3. What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:
- Ordinary wear and tear consistent with the equipment's age and level of use.
- Accidental cuts, punctures, tears or impact damage.
- Misuse, vandalism, deliberate damage or inappropriate operation.
- Incorrect inflation, unsuitable blowers or unsuitable electrical supplies.
- Improper installation, anchoring or use outside permitted weather conditions.
- Exceeding stated weight, height, occupancy or other operating restrictions.
- Improper cleaning, drying, folding, storage or transportation.
- Mould, mildew, chemical exposure or prolonged unsuitable environmental conditions.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs that cause or materially contribute to the fault.
- Cosmetic scuffs or gradual colour fading that do not arise from a manufacturing defect.
An exclusion applies only to the extent that the relevant circumstance caused or contributed to the claimed problem. Ordinary wear is not a reason to reject an unrelated manufacturing defect.
4. Blowers and Additional Accessories
Unless expressly included within an individual product's written warranty specification, this 12-month inflatable-body warranty does not automatically extend to separately supplied blowers, motors, electrical equipment, lighting, speakers or interactive accessories.
Any separate manufacturer's warranty applicable to these items will be identified in the order documentation where available.
This provision does not exclude InflataForge's own applicable legal obligations in relation to faulty accessories supplied by us.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Customers should contact InflataForge promptly after discovering a suspected defect.
Please provide:
- Your name, business name and order reference.
- The delivery date and product identification or serial number, where available.
- A clear explanation of the problem and when it was discovered.
- Photographs or video showing the fault, where reasonably practicable.
- Details of any repair, alteration or relevant incident involving the product.
We may request additional reasonable evidence to assess the cause and extent of the problem.
Do not operate equipment where a suspected defect could affect safety.
A late report does not automatically invalidate a claim. Hidden manufacturing defects arising within the warranty period remain eligible for assessment.
6. Assessment and Remedies
Where a defect is confirmed as covered by this warranty, InflataForge will arrange an appropriate remedy at no charge to the customer.
Depending on the circumstances, this may involve:
- Repair by an approved repairer.
- Supply of replacement components.
- Replacement of the defective product where appropriate.
- An appropriate refund or price reduction where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
We will choose a reasonable remedy having regard to the nature of the defect, product safety and the customer's applicable legal rights.
We will not require customers to pay for the reasonable authorised repair of a confirmed warranty defect.
7. Return and Transport Arrangements
Customers must obtain written instructions before returning equipment or arranging repair.
Where physical examination or repair transport is reasonably necessary for a confirmed warranty defect, InflataForge will arrange or cover reasonable authorised transport costs within mainland Great Britain.
International or offshore transport arrangements will be assessed according to the original supply contract and applicable law.
If an inspection identifies a problem that is not covered, any proposed repair, inspection or transport charges will be explained and agreed before chargeable work proceeds.
Customers must not send equipment to the correspondence address without prior written authorisation.
8. Unauthorised Repairs
Customers should contact InflataForge before commissioning repairs relating to a potential warranty claim.
Unauthorised repairs may affect warranty coverage where they damage the product, obscure the cause of the original defect or materially interfere with our ability to assess the claim.
However, necessary emergency actions taken reasonably to prevent injury or further damage will not automatically invalidate unrelated warranty rights.
9. Commercial Use and Maintenance
The owner or operator must follow applicable safety instructions and carry out appropriate pre-use checks, inspections, maintenance, cleaning and storage.
Where legally required, independent inspections and periodic examinations remain the operator's responsibility.
Equipment must be withdrawn from service immediately if it becomes unsafe.
InflataForge remains responsible for any obligations imposed on it by product safety legislation.
10. Warranty Duration and Ownership
The voluntary commercial warranty runs for 12 months from the original delivery date.
Repair or replacement does not automatically restart the original warranty period. Any separate warranty for a replacement component will be confirmed where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this voluntary commercial warranty is provided to the original business purchaser and is not automatically transferable upon resale.
This does not restrict statutory rights that may otherwise apply.
11. Business Losses
The commercial warranty covers the qualifying defective equipment and the specified warranty remedies.
It is not insurance against lost event bookings, hire revenue, business interruption or commercial opportunities.
Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and the separate InflataForge Terms & Conditions.
12. Consumer and Statutory Rights
This warranty is additional to your legal rights. It does not replace, restrict or exclude rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.
Customers may have valid legal claims outside the voluntary 12-month warranty period.
