Information collected
When you enquire, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, product and SKU, delivery postcode, and the requirements or attachments you submit. If an order is made, we may also process purchase, delivery, invoicing and payment-reconciliation information.
Why we use it and lawful basis
We process enquiries and order details as needed to respond to steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and to perform an agreed contract, where applicable. Business recordkeeping may be necessary for legal obligations. Limited administration and preventing misuse may rely on legitimate interests following an assessment. We will not add promotional marketing without satisfying applicable consent or other marketing rules.
Providers and sharing
We may use a website hosting/form provider (such as Netlify if the published form is activated), our email provider, WhatsApp/Meta where you choose to message us, and Revolut or other payment providers when handling transfers. Relevant information may be shared with a manufacturer, carrier or professional adviser where necessary for an order. We do not sell enquiry lists.
How long we retain data
Enquiries are retained only as reasonably needed to respond and manage the business; confirmed order, accounting and related records are retained for applicable legal requirements. A documented retention schedule must be finalised before launch. You can contact us about records we hold.
Overseas processing
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Before launch we will confirm relevant data processing arrangements and safeguards where required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Contact inflataforge@gmail.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and tracking
The prepared static site does not add analytics or marketing cookies. If non-essential tracking is added, the site and this notice must be updated, and any required consent collected before the tracking operates.
